eStem East Village Elementary and Junior High School campus has been honored with a Fall 2019 Learning By Design Architectural Award of Excellence with an Outstanding Project Award. The East Village campus was recognized for its architectural and interior design and for having next generation benchmark type design and planning features worthy of imitation.
“Transformative projects are achieved when the client and design team unify around common values and a commitment to seeing the challenges of a project as opportunities; e-Stem East Village sets an inspiring example of how an otherwise throw-away existing structure can be repurposed to the benefit of the community and the institution. This project represents a continued trend towards more sophisticated interiors and a move away from overly gimmicky environmental graphics.” – Jury Comments
