In October 2022, Murray Contractors was tasked with demolishing the UALR Education Building as part of the Job Order Contracting for Construction Services contract.  A very detailed and precise plan was necessary due to the very constrained area in which the building was located.  This plan ensured safety around the adjacent buildings, protection of the main campus energy utility tunnel and protection of the natural environment around the building.
