Murray Contractors was hired to provide General Contractor services for Smith Capital Management’s new office facility renovations. Working closely with Polk Stanley Wilcox and Smith Capital during the preconstruction phase, the team was able to deliver the project on schedule and under budget. The project was a 4,000 sf commercial office renovation providing the owners with all new finishes, electrical lighting, specialty conference room, even down to the owners’ furniture and signage. The project included some after-hours work to limit disturbing surrounding tenants.
