Murray Contractors proudly delivered a more than 20-phase renovation of the Emergency Department at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences (UAMS), one of the state’s most critical and high-traffic healthcare environments. This project required meticulous planning, tight coordination with hospital staff, and a commitment to maintaining uninterrupted patient care throughout construction.

The renovation focused on modernizing treatment spaces, improving patient flow, and upgrading essential infrastructure to support the growing needs of the hospital. Because the Emergency Department operates 24/7, every phase was sequenced to minimize disruption, ensure safety, and maintain full functionality of adjoining areas.
