Murray Contractors provided construction services through the job order contract for renovations to 3250 sf space, College of Health Professions (CHP) Building 7a. This is the second phase of building renovations for the CHP School in which Patrick Murray was the Project Manager. Phase 1 consisted of 75,000 sf complete renovations making the total project 78,250 sf. Building 7a was a total interior renovation and fully commissioned.
